The information contained in the NCIndex was developed from a statewide,
400-sample poll and is the sole property of the owners. The sample was proportional
in regards
to race, gender, age, party and Congressional District. The poll was conducted
from November 7-12 and has a margin of error of +/- 4.9 percent. |
